The Berlin based guys Piet KAEMPFER Ralf DIETZE
(Ralle Aus Halle) share a long and deep-rooted
background in music production and DJing. Being DJs
since 1995 they started producing Psy-Trance under
the name PROTONICA in 2004. After numerous Live Dj
gigs all over Europe they were simultaneously
infected with the new sound of Progressive House in
2006.
This led to the formation of the project KAEMPFER
DIETZE besides Protonica - as a playground for
exploring new directions without strict style
conventions and limitations. Fat and dirty sounds,
retro-grooves and deep atmospheres are the
ingredients of their tracks. First songs as KAEMPFER
DIETZE have been published on Spintwist, Iono
Music, Tribal Vision and Future Lovers Records.
